Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Eric Molin, sole trader (trading as Impact Presenting), Avenida Dom Henrique 194, 4400-179 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. Contact: office@impactpresenting.com.

Your voice and speech

When you record, your audio is sent securely to be transcribed and analysed, and the coaching report is shown to you on screen.

We never store your audio. By default we also do not store your transcript or your report — once you close or restart the session, they are gone.

What we keep, and why (legal basis)

Access requests and waitlist — your name, email, organisation and message, so Eric can review your request and reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before providing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Your account and access code — your email and sign-in details, so you can use the coach. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Usage log — for each analysis: your email, date and time, recording length, word count, estimated cost and country. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing costs, fair use and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Saved progress (only if you choose) — a talk's scores, a subject and optionally the full transcript. Visible only to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the data in "My progress".

Cookie — one strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Who processes your data, and where

Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, Sweden) hosts the app, database, sign-in and email delivery, using cloud infrastructure from Supabase, Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare.

AI processing — your recording is transcribed by OpenAI and your transcript is analysed by Google (Gemini), both reached through Lovable's AI service. They process it only to return the result and do not use it to train their models.

Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Access requests and usage records: up to 24 months. Account and saved progress: until you delete them or your account. After that, data is deleted.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or delete your account, by emailing office@impactpresenting.com or using "My progress".

Under the GDPR you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to restrict processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will answer any request within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt, or the authority in your own EU country.

Automated analysis

The coaching scores are produced automatically, but they are feedback only — they do not lead to any decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Children

This service is not aimed at children under 16.
